Albert’s Petite Sweets is now offering classes on the art of gourmet chocolate-making! Join Chef Albert Daniel in his kitchen as he shares how to make some of his delectable treats. See below for upcoming classes:
Chocolate Egg Class

Cost: $99 | Duration: ~50 min. | 10 slots per class
Celebrate Easter with Chef Albert as he teaches you how to make your own chocolate breakable egg filled with candy. Participants receive two milk chocolate egg halves. Choose your own candy to fill the egg, then add a chocolate coating to assemble the egg, then finish up the egg with a generous coat of sprinkles. Then take home your creation in an Easter egg box.
Please arrive a few minutes early as classes will start on the hour. Gloves will be provided. If a child participates, guardians are encouraged to work with them. Class includes complimentary samples of Albert’s Petite Sweets.
